- Go to our contact page in this website & complete the email message stating your requirements.
- Our orders department will respond with a quotation via email giving details according to your request .
- If you are satisfied, please do an Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) into our bank (details will be supplied on the quotation).
- Proof of payment must be emailed to us & we will await clearance from our bank.
- Once payment clearance has been verified, your order will be generated & either delivered, posted or couriered as requested.
- Postage & courier costs are for client’s account.
- Every effort will be made to ensure that the products you ordered are delivered to you timeously & in good order. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays in postal or courier services.
- Telephonic orders can only be taken between 9:30 & 1pm Monday – Friday.
