When I went to Lorraine for my first appointment, I was in such a terrible state that
she could hardly touch any muscle without hurting me. At that time I was always
tired and really struggled to fit in 2 training sessions per day. But now, after
a few months of treatment, I’ve got my confidence back to do those extra training
sessions without the risk of injury or trauma. To train has become something to
look forward to, and not just to drag my body along.
